Memory card will not go in all the way and the door won't shut.

was it working before?
turn the memory card anyway and have a try - before check inside the memory card compartment with a flashlight if you can see the contacts at the bottom and insert the card corresponding to them.
Or try another card to exclude yours is not damaged or wrong type somehow....

When i take a picture, it either pops up sensor cleaning, or that the sensor can not read the lens.. please help!!

Sensor clean is triggered when the camera powers off and on. It sounds like the lens mounts are dirty or damaged and on a camera that pricey, go see a specialist!

Error 01 in canon eos 5d

Err 01: Lens to body communication error
1.The camera to lens communication is somehow being interfered with could be a problem within the lens itself, possibly the camera body, or something as simple as a smudged fingerprint on the lens mount contacts,
2. Check the lens and the contacts
3. Also check below link if you need a canon eos 5d service manual

What are lenses that are compatible with the canon eos 5d mark ii

You can use Canon EF lenses. Be careful not to use EF-S lenses, as they cast a smaller image circle for cropped-sensor cameras, not big enough for full-frame cameras. There are other third-party manufacturers that make lenses with Canon EF mounts, such as Sigma and Tamron. Each manufacturer has their own designation for cropped-sensor lenses, so you'll have to check the specifications for each of them.

Plastic lens part inside 5d fell out what should I do?

Since you weren't really clear about what the part is or looks like it's hard to tell. Most lens repairs of any kind that would require opening the lens in any manner are best handled by professionals. Too much of a risk of ruining a lens.

Nothing works!!!!!!!

Hi
Really sorry to hear all this. The Canon 5D is a wonderful piece of kit and it is not good news to read your problem. It really does sound like the unit is having a multitude of problems. This could be resulting from electical failure inside the camera. From reading through your problems you have passed the Error 99 as well. Generally this would mean hardware faults of some sort. Solutions range from chaging the CF card to Batteries to cleaning the contacts. Clean the contact is one chief remedy and cause of the Error 99 after the 'quick' fixes.

I would say try this again but this time use a rubber on the end of the pencil. Be gentle and careful not to get any dirt into thedody of the camera. Clean all contacts on the 5D Body and on all the lenses. Should this not work it may well be the case that the camera has circuit board problems.

Below is a little guide to help out which was in response to Error 99 from Canon. Hope it does. Again sorry to hear of these troubles. Canon should be more Pro active in this competative world.

It may help some
of you isolate the problem before you post a comment/question.
To isolate the cause of the issue, we suggest that you do the following:
1. Turn off the camera.
2. Remove the lens, battery, and CF card.
3. Allow the camera to sit without power for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Insert a fully charged battery, and turn on the camera.
5. Depress the shutter button as you would to take a picture.
Does the “ERR 99′ message appear? If it does, then the camera should be
serviced. If it does not, then please proceed to the next set of steps:
1. Turn off the camera.
2. Insert the CF card.
3. Turn on the camera.
4. Format the CF card in the camera.
5. Depress the shutter button as you would to take a picture.
Does the “ERR 99′ message appear? If so, then the CF card is the most
likely source of the issue. Try using a different card.
If the message does not appear, please complete the following steps:
1. Turn off the camera.
2. Clean the lens contacts by gently rubbing them with a pencil eraser
or soft cloth. Be careful that you do not let any debris fall into the
camera body.
3. Reattach your lens.
4. Turn on the camera.
5. Depress the shutter button as you would to take a picture.

If the “ERR 99′ message only appears when one particular lens is attached, then that lens should be examined by a service technician.
If you see the “ERR 99′ with a different Canon lens attached, then the camera should be serviced.

The camera has no built in memory, like all DSLR's. If you shot pictures without a card, the pictures were not saved.
