Question about Disney Radio Music Mix Studio (2210601) for PC

Please Help me

My daughter's Disney Mix Max will not stay on. It will turn on, but immediately shuts down. It has a white screen, nothing else when it DOES come on. I am not sure what to do. I thought it could be the battery, but I am positive it has been charged. Could the battery be fried? Please HELP!!

Re: Please Help me

It's a case of uninstalling the programme, then re installing, as it sounds as if the run.dll is corrupt.

When working on a project, I will go into the different fonts and it will freeze and shut me down. This is very frustrating because if I don't save every few minutes, I lose everything I've worked on.

When my daughter brings up her itunes account the page comes up but just for a moment then the screen turns grey.

Try to see first if you have the latest iTunes installed on your computer. If you already have it installed, try to click Store in the left side of iTunes and login in again to your daughter's iTunes account and see if iTunes will turn grey again. If you can login to your daughter's iTunes account and she can see her transactions, account profile, etc., then the account is active and the reason for the grey out screen is because of your iTunes version. If you cannot login, you can try to access the link below to have your account password reset to be able to access it.

If it says that you're account has been disabled and you cannot reset your password, your only option is to call Apple and ask them to be able to access your account again.

Can't play on toontown.I get a black screen, white

Do these things in the following order:
1. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date drivers for your video card. Check your video card manufacturer's website for updates.
2. Make sur eyou are using the most up-to-date drivers for your sound card too (I've read this issue *might* actually be sound related). Check your sound card manufacturer's website for updates.
3. Make sure your windows updates are current.
4. Make sure your Direct X files are current.
5. If you are still having trouble, trying changing your desktop resolution before launching the game. Try out different resolutions.
6. Lastly, open a dos command prompt and enter this command: C:\Program Files\Disney\Disney Online\Toontown\configrc -lowres -save

Acrobat shuts down immediately when opening file or program.

I think I found a workaround.

Not the most handy one but at least it works, and doesn't require any reinstallation or patch or anything :

When you launch Acrobat 8, just before it shuts down, in the"Help" menu do "Repair Acrobat Installation".
By doing that, you will have Acrobat repairing itself in the background. While doing that, it won't shut down and you can still work.

Try it ! It works on my Vista 64.

Good luck !

Digital arts and craft studio on screen display

hello all....seems to be a video problem. First, check to see if you have a LEAST 64mb of RAM. If so, do the following:

1. Bring the "Display Properties" dialog window (right-click on the desktop, click on Properties)
2. Click on the "Settings" tab. (make sure your screen resolution is set to 1024 by 768, and the color quality is 32 bits)
3. Click on the "Advance" button (this will bring a new dialog box)

On the newly opened dialog box:
4. Click on the "Troubleshoot" tab
5. Set the "Hardware acceleration" to "Full" (drag the slider all the way to where it says "Full")
6. Click "Apply", then "Ok" (this will close the dialog box)
7. Close the "Display Properties" dialog window by clicking on the OK button.

Try turning the toy ON now. I hope this helps.
Maybe make a new login for the child, so it doesn't mess up your present video card settings.
