Question about Audio Players & Recorders
This has so far happened three times to me. It's a software fault. You need a replacement (or Sony can reset). Seems a common fault though.

I had the same problem. For at least a week. Try pressing the reset button. The reset button won't delete your music, videos, pictures, etc. Just resets your system. If that does not work then i don't know what else to tell you.
