Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone
Your best bet is to take it to your cell phone service provider to see if they can retrieve that information. If you are on Verizon, they offer the backup assistant to retain information like this and to be able to transfer that information onto other replacement phones. The memory in your phone is probably OK and that is where your contact information is located so they should be able to recover that. The small ribbon cable that broke provides power and data to the display and should not affect your stored data. If that cable has a short across it, it may impact your ability to get your data on your own.. Good Luck
