Question about Miele 24 in. Touchtronic Platinum Built-in Dishwasher
The cycle goes almost all the way through then the intake/drain light comes on and the machine stops with water in the bottom. We take off and clean the filter etc. press the button to clear the light, set a rinse cycle and it completes and drains. Obviously it's a pain to have to keep doing this and something must be slightly off - we just don't know what!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Miele Dishwasher Problem
This happened to me and I noticed there was about 4 inches of dirty water that hadn't drained from the dishwasher. I took out all of the water, cleaned the filters and then started the dishwasher again. It worked. Good Luck.

The water valve on Miele dishwashers is built into the end of the water line where it hooks into your plumbing(in that box-looking assembly) Your best bet is to call Miele USA, I have had very good luck with their customer support system, they can usually diagnose your problem right over the phone.

hi, firstly check the filter in the waterproof system where the tap is to make sure it is not blocked. turn off the water and remove the connection with the white box attached this is the waterproof system. remove the black seal and you will see the filter. pull it out with a pair of pliers and clean it.
if this is ok check to see if you have a restrictor on the tap or inside the tap and also make sure water is flowing from the tap prior to reconnecting the waterproof system.
run the unit again and when it is time for the machine to call for water you can manually fill it and see if it works using a saucepan or bucket. if this works ok you may have a stuck waterproof system and probably need to replace this.
Hope this helps
