The yellow wire needs constant 12v and the red needs 12v when the key is on. maybe you connected them backwards. try putting the wire thats on the red 2 the yellow and the wire from the yellow 2 the red. send me a message if it dosent work as i have a few more ideas.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Sorry....Main Dealer or Radio Decode Service only for thiscode

Never had the radio pass, trying to unlock radio on corsa 2003 model. the code on the front of the radio is CDR 2005 - VDO cheers

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} Unfortunately the majority of SIEMENS/VDO codes (including your CDR500) will NOT be available for free (or cheap) from anywhere on the Internet as access is required to the original factory database…which is not commercially available..

Try your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Shop (who are normally the cheapest option) who will connect it to a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)

I have a corsa and am trying to fit a jvc stereo but cant figure out which wires i have to swap round any suggestions?

You need to swap the red and yellow round so it dont loose its memory everytime you turn the key off, JVC normally have a fuse that can change position if you want the power on all the time. Check the handbook.

Car audio

Can't really help without seeing the item - but I know it is very difficult to fit a 'different' radio to cars nowadays as they are all 'cutom-built' just to fit their vehicle.
What do you mean ' the wiring is too large at rear of unit ' ?#
Is this the radio itself you mean - what wiring is at the rear of the JVC KD G431?
