I had a samsung a412 with alot of photos on it and now have a new phone but don't know how to get the pics off the old phone onto my computer

if the phone has an sd card transfer on to that then put the sd card into your new phone, or connect your old phone to your new phone with blue tooth and transfer them or transfer them to your computor via blue tooth then send them to your new phone via blue tooth

Can not transfer songs from my old phone to my new phone via blue tooth the both phone have connected but when i try to send information it comes up not connected

Hi, you will need pair both phones together before you can be able to send .

Hi,

It all depends. When you want to connect a blue tooth to a phone, You will need to switch on the blue tooth device and the phones blue tooth you are pairing with.

When pairing both device, you will ask for pairing code, You four digit numbers(default code(0000). and pair.

After pairing both device, you detected paired, you can now use the blue tooth device with your phone.

there are no special code for pairing Blue tooth device.
Normal codes used are any four digit, four numbers you want to use.(0000, 1234).

Take care.

Transfer the photos from the mobile to my comouter which software i have to download

hello there...that's right you can get a usb data cable, blue tooth ,or memory card reader to transfer your pictures to your
computer....
you can directly print the picture as some of the printers come with card readers built in which is very convinient
consider visiting a mobile accessory shop you will have all the options there
my best pick will be memory card reader if you already have a printer...it is very cheap...and can read multiple cards...so in
future if you change your mobile you will not have any problem
like with usb cable (different for different phone)
blue tooth and getting a new printer is a costly affair...blue tooth often have connectivity and software issues
go for memory card reader ...cheap ,reliable ,fast and best of all

Hope this helps
Cheers

Transfer data

If you old device includes a "blue-tooth" feature then it should be equipped to transfer all your contacts via blue-tooth.

Now if your device DOES NOT have any "blue-tooth" feature, then you can visit your nearest carrier store, and transfer contacts using their handy tool.

Thanks.

Size is not the problem

hi, sorry for my late reply,i've been doing exams.like i said before, use a memory card reader to transfer the files which can not be transfered directly to your phone. you can also use a usb blue tooth to transfer your pics from your pc to your phone, via blue tooth technology. those are alternatives that always work
