Check the drain channel at the rear of the fridge just above the crisper drawers and blow through the drain hole with a drinking straw to clear it.

SOURCE: kenmore refrigerator model 363.9711781 water appears daily

This water comes from a plugged up defrost drain tube. Do you see like a cup at the back of your refrigerator connecting using a plastic tube in a hole at the back of your refrigerator ? This cup collects dripping water from your freezer during a defrost cycle - you will notice a hole above it on the ceiling - what drips into this cup and drains out back the hole in your refrigerator wall and into a long drain tube extending down into the drip pan at the bottom of your refrigerator, usually sits ontop of the compressor or in newer systems next to the condenser fan and evaporates. If this drain tube is plugged up with debris water will backflow back into your fridge and drip against the wall and under your cripsers.

During a defrost cycle (when you hear the sizzling sounds and all motors are off, open the door and you should notice water dripping.

If you can manually remove the cup yourself you can pass a piece of pipe cleaner or long cable and dislodge whatever is blocking it or if you can't do that you will need to have it serviced, sometimes there is a seal around base of the plastic tube it's best you don't touch or break it. Makes ure the cup is firmly connected and inserted into the hole, you can try raising the fridge a bit, the front part so it is slightly inclined to back. If all fails, have it serviced, it is a very simply problem easy to repair and common too.

SOURCE: ice acculation under crisper drawers

No. There is, however, a drain hole in the back center that tends to get plugged. Remove the lower two drawers and see if it is plugged. It drains to a pan under the unitand behind the kickpanel

I have an ED2KHAXVS02 model and the ice maker works but no water out of the refrigerator. Any Ideals on how to fix the problem

Could be a bad water valve or the reservoir has froze. do you have things freezing in the crisper drawers?. If so try turning the temp down a little. The reservoir is behind the crispers.

Water is pooling and freezing under the crisper drawer

There are many reasons for this happening for example water leaking from a water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, a in the defrost pan,
water leaking and draining through the refrigerator cabinet, but most are caused by a defrost drain line blockage.
Below is a link that may be helpful so try to take it all in and use the parts that most refer to your specific problem, Thanks Sea Breeze

Why is water pooling under the crisper drawers? someone mentioned a humidity problem but there aren't any controls so what do I do? whirlpool ET18GMXHW0

Check the water reservoir behind the crispers for a leak. It could be a clogged defrost drain also. If you keep a jug of drinking water in the frig check closely for a pinhole. These are my first places to look.

Water pooling under crisper trays

The drain is stopped up. take the top apart. The drain is in the middle at the back. get a hair dyer to throw the ice and you will see the drain. Do not break the from duct throw the ice. the drain is behind it. Air the the best way to unstop it.
