Where can l find spare parts for my Yukon chainsaw,I'm at windsor nsw sydney Australia

depends on what parts you want and the cc of the engine
go to an accredited mower repair shop as many engine parts are generic and will fit across a range if cc sizes
as for the rest they may be able to help as well
go google and type in -- authorized repair agents for yukon chainsaws in australia --then find any close in your state

The pressure valve on my Mukka Express doesn't pop up. Instead after 10 minutes the valve is forced off. I rinse it really well and have even put it in boiling water. How do I get it to pop up?

I have the same problem. I cleaned all the parts, changed the pressure valve, cleaned the gasket, filters, everything. I hear the steam escaping from the overflow valve and if at that point I manually pull the valve up, then it does (barely) pop and steam the milk, but not as well as it used to.

My mukka is shooting steam out of the small valve/washer thing on the bottom pot part. As it gets hots the valve pops up (but not with gusto like it used to do) and then I get a little coffee mixed in with...

I had the same problem and saw this solution in another bialetti mukka problem report, which made sense: "the safety valve on the lower boiler chamber is there to release pressue in case too much prssure builds up in the pot when brewing. If youy have an 11 mm wrench you can take it out and clean it by pulling on the outsidepart, there is a little knob that may be grabbed by a tweezer, gently pull it out, it is spring tensioned, and run water in the opposite end, Chances are some coffee grounds particles got in it and it is not seating good. after cleaning put a few drops of olive oil in it , the inside part. Should seal better and still funtion as a safety valve. Or you can leave it in place in the pot and just pull on the outside , flush with water and then put a few drops of olive oil in it. While you are at it, put olive oul on the threads, olive oil film and the the rubber seal and add a little to the rubber button on the top valve."

I cannot unscrew the top of the Mukka Express machine from the bottom!

If the bottom is screwed too tight on the top, you could try to warm the with hot water and cool the bottom with cold. This could help to expand the top and make it easier to unscrew.

Very rarley froths, is it worth buying a new valve (which I have just blown)?

To replace the valve and have it repaired may not be worth it. Just buy a new one. Repair cost could be expensive, since it does not function well (rarely froths).
We cannot be sure as to its usability.
