Question about Mitsubishi WD-62525 62" Rear Projection HDTV
Shuts off push reset repeats same sometimes 3min or 3hours
This is likely capacitors failing in your DM or FMT module. This model is know for the 1000uf caps going bad after 4 years or so. There are 4 on each board, plus 4 on the power supply that may go bad. You can tell by the bulging tops that are not flat. Two 3300uf caps go bad in the power supply regularly as well. I recommend getting a service center to send the whole signal block or chassis into Mitsubishi for rebuild to get it all taken care of. The dissassembly is very difficult and frustrating. If you have tons of time and determination you could repair yourself.
