Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
* check that driver is compatable for particular OS
* delete all the printer installed before.thn go to task manager and kill the spool.exe process
*if u r using a pc in a network
1 .go to printer faxes
2.go to server properties appear in the main menu
3.select the driver
4.delete all installed driver
now reeboot the pc & install freshly
