Question about Frigidaire PLMV168 Microwave Oven
I need to replace my door (specifically the frame of the door, part 5304429402) on a frigidaire microwave (plmv168cc1). the door immediately began to deteriorate after purchase from heat from the stove. the microwave was installed at the proper height but the plastic did not withstand the heat. i now have to buy a whole new microwave or replace the door or the frame. can't figure out how to remove the door. so i'm asking for your help...thank you very much....
I wouldn't remove the door myself if I were you. If you just got the microwave, it should be under a return/replace policy, or a warranty. I would recommend returning the microwave and getting a sturdier one, as you don't know if the problem exists for all microwaves in that series, and most stores don't allow the replacement to be return/replaced.

Thank you for your post, friend!
Based off the information you have provided you would like the exhaust fan CFM specifications for your Frigidaire microwave. The information I have found is a 300/180 CFM. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt

Hello Rick, thank you for your inquiry!
From my understanding you need to fix a door that is sagging on your Frigidaire microwave. Your door could be sagging due to the hinges or the door being damaged. I would check to make sure there is no visible damage. It is possible that the hinges and door may need to be replaced as well. To help avoid any unnecessary part purchases you may need to seek assistance from a professional technician for proper repairs. -Matt
