Question about Philips GoGear SA178 MP3 Player
I managed to get the music onto it all right, and most of it came off pretty easily as well. But two files aren't coming off properly. Whenever I try to delete them, I get "error message 80042013" which has no information to go with it whatsoever. Therefore I don't know exactly what's wrong. I did change the names and locations of the two files before trying to delete them from the device, and Windows Media Player refuses to organize them properly in its library (it puts them at the end of an alphabetically-organized list when they should come in the middle). I don't know if that might have anything to do with it.
Not sure if this will help but its the link to the user manual on the Philips website http://www.p4c.philips.com/na4/s/sa178_07b/sa178_07b_dfu_aen.pdf
