Question about Computers & Internet
I recieved a laptop as a graduation gift about a year ago. It wasn't new but it still worked so I decided not to buy a new one.
I recently began using a program on the laptop to watch movies called ASUSDVD. It has never given me any problems before.
Today when I tried to watch a movie on it, it refused to play it saying that the paretal controls had been set and that I needed to log in.
How do I bypass this or find the lost password?
P.S. I already asked the present giver and they said that they didn't know.
Try downloading VLC, from http://www.videolan.org. It's a pretty good program that will play just about any file. The only "bad" thing about it is a new version seems to come out about twice a month. That will play your DVDs just fine.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can restrict the websites that children can visit, make sure
children only visit age-appropriate websites, indicate whether you want
to allow file downloads, and set up which content you want the content
filters to block and allow. You can also block or allow specific
websites. For more information, see Limit the content that children can view on the web.
You can set time limits to control when children are allowed to log on
to the computer. Time limits prevent children from logging on during the
specified hours and, if they are already logged on, they will be
automatically logged off. You can set different logon hours for every
day of the week. For more information, see Control when children can use the computer.
Games. You can
control access to games, choose an age rating level, choose the types
of content you want to block, and decide whether you want to allow or
block unrated or specific games. For more information, see Specify which games children can play.
Allow or block specific programs. You can prevent children from running programs that you don't want them to run. For more information, see Prevent children from using specific programs.
