Problem for GE JRP24 Electric Double Oven
Jrp24bow3bb electric double oven control panel.
as i said before, ibought a control panel for my oven and can not see where to connect the gray wire that comes from the oven.this control came new and they say its the right replacement but maybe i am blind because i see no conection for the gray wire.i am using the lower oven only now because the top one does not work without the gray connected.help!

Hi rhonm,
You should have found a connection diagram in the top of the oven. If you didn't, call GE at the following number and they will send you one. 1-800-626-2005
It would be very difficult for any one to make a recommendation without seeing the oven or part. Are there one or two gray wires? My first guess is that they sent you the wrong part. See photo for typical double oven ERC.
