Shortcut keys or Navigation Keys not working

- Hi All,
Yesterday i reinstalled the whole software/ windows CE & after that it started working. But after some time, the problem started again. The steps i did was:

1) I was listening to some music in Windows Media Player
2) Simultaneously I went to Library--> Update Library
3) While my mobile was updating the library, it found some 106 files & when it was adding it, it got hanged
4) So i was forced to switch off my mobile & switch it on, but even after pressing the switch off button i was not able to switch my mobile off..
5) So I took the batery, replaced it & switched on..
6) And now the problem came again.

Please give me a solution.
