I could hear the person I call, but the person cannot hear me

Ensure you haven't muted your call. Press both volume buttons. If this doesn't work there may be a problem with your microphone. Also ensure your boom is fully extended.

When making a call the screen shuts of and wont come back on.I can hear the person talking but cant use dial pad

If you move the phone from your ear to a viewing position it should light up so you can access the dial pad- you may have to do this motion a couple of times. If that doesn't work try pressing any key on phone such as the home button you may have to go back into phone mode after home screen but it shouldn't end the call. If you access your call settings you may be able to set that your screen stays lit during calls, the down side to that is possible accidental pressing of the keypad with your cheek which is why screen is set to go blank. Hope this helps Jane

No beeping in ear piece

The microphone in the lifter was not centered over the microphone on my phone, so all I did was centered the lifter over the microphone, and it works.

Sound problem

Try changing it to the other ear and see if people can hear you better. Worked for me. Of course you have to reverse the ear piece before trying to put it on the other ear.
