Question about Computers & Internet
My power button just blinks when trying to turn on. I have replaced PS and fan and same issue. i have the same problem with my E520
Woops -the blinking amber light of doom is a common fault on dells - as you already have replaced the PS that leaves the motherboard.
usually a solid amber is the PSU while a blinking one indicates MoBo problems. If either machine is still under warranty dell will replace it.
If not then it will cost you to have them replaced.
