- the camera turns on, but the lens doesn't fully open, and the retractable lens cover only stays open a ****, causing the picture and viewer to be blurry. if you try to zoom in, it shuts down. when you turn it off, the lens does not fully retract. this camera is only a year old, but its the only one we have to tak pictures of our daughter, any help is appreciated!- geocarriereJan 01, 2009
