Question about Computers & Internet
After installing software on my neighbor's computer, I rebooted to make sure everything would come up. It stopped at the HP screen and didn't go any further. The options were to ESC, etc. No matter what I chose, it didn't respond.
I took it to my house and it runs fine. I went back over to the neighbor's house and used my power cord, my keyboard and mouse...still the HP screen. I plugged the power cord into the socket instead of their power strip...still the same HP screen and no response.
Try to boot up in safe mode, press F8 (during the startup), in safe mode unistall whatever you installed before and restart the pc
Hopfully that helps
