Only about 10-15% of your room air will ever be FILTERED through a CARBON/CHARCOAL filter, thus you have 85-90% of your indoor air that it still UNFILTERED, and of course, UNPURIFIED since these types of AIR FILTERS only provide FILTERING for any of your indoor air.
