Make sure you check the oil level on the dip stick first . If it is ok then do the sending unit.

What is making my 2000 crown victoria have a clicking sound

why is this posted in projection tv section. anyway, check the oil, if it is low, put oil in. if it is not low you have a bad valve lifter or some such. if it has many miles just drive it til it dies, a valve can click for many miles before it goes out. really need more info but with what was provided that's the best I can do.

No lights now, do I need more parts? Please help.

The opto coupler is usually related to just the pic starting out small then filling out after warming. The flyback wouldnt stop the power led from coming on unless the HOT shorted but that would blow a fuse. Check your fuses. Premium assistance is a service that requires payment, but I am not sure how that works as I try to help people for free on here

I have a fix for that Dan if you are handy and can solder. You will be able to save about 1000 bucks or so at least. Leave an e-mail address and I will send the repair documents for that model of set. Good Luck

Picture is Rolling..stops after some warm-up

I have seen this many times. There is a 9 volt regulator on the small signal board that causes this. The regulator goes bad and the 9 volts starts dropping, especially at start-up when the regulator is cold. If the voltage is below 8 volts then the picture gets dark and the vertical becomes unstable, with the picture squeezing down and/or rolling. As the regulator warms up the voltage starts rising back towards 9 volts and the symptoms start clearing up. There are 3 regulators in a row on the board and the regulator in the middle is always the bad one. Replacing that regulator should cure your problems but it should be replaced by someone experienced in servicing Mitsubishi projection TV's because pulling the chassis out is quite tricky.
