I have the above player and i cant transfer music from my pc using the sansui software. it says on the player the music folder is there but it is empty. i am using vista and ive noticed the os info says windows 98-xp

hi just brought same product today and same thing was happening to me.I am using vista I solved the problem by formatting the multimedia player then drag and dropped files voila it works
