You don't. it's not intended to be disassembled by consumers. doing so voids your warranty.

Cuts out after 30 minutes of play , sometimes less and gets really hot

Your PS3 is overheating and the system is shutting itself down to save itself from serious damage.
If your PS3 is in a closed, confined space, get it out in the open. Make sure that none of the vents are being blocked. If there is alot of dust around the vents of the PS3, clean it out with compressed air.

If this does not alleviate the problem, there might be an internal issue such as dried out thermal paste or a broken fan. If you are comfortable in doing so, you can take apart the PS3 to fix these issues (many free tutorials are available online on how to take it apart, and spare parts are abundant on ebay). However, if your PS3 is still under warranty, it would be best to get them to fix it for free.

I need to take apart my ps3 and clean the lens but i dnt no how

Try using a lens cleaner CD first. Most of the time a PS3 wont read BD because it's malfunctioned so you may have to send it in to Sony.

Pennies in cd slot

oh dear, heh.

Sorry the only way to open up the costly blue ray drive on the unit is to take the whole thing apart after that you can take the blueray drive out and open it up.

taking the ps3 apart may void your warranty and you alone will be responsible for your actions if you decide to take the ps3 apart and also the blue ray drive inside.

heres the take apart guide, do at your own risk

other option is to shake them out from there, maybe aid with a flat object carefull with it.

SONY PS3 80 GB GOT BEER IN IT

You my friend have fried the motherboard!!!! Only way to get that baby out is to take the ps3 apart then take the blue ray player apart.. its a long process and you could actually break all of the ps3!.. I can help you out if you want but its no easy task and you had better be ready to spend a few hrs on it at least!
I do buy ps3's and would be more then happy to purchase your fried system and return your games! Let me know!

Ip and proxy error

well, if you know how to setup the ip addresses manually both on your modem / router and on the ps3 i recommend you do that... but bear in mind that your dhcp server (on your modem / router) should prohibit automatic assignment of that same ip address with your ps3... for that you have to specify a range of automatically assignable ip addresses apart from your ps3...

if you have the dmz (demilitarized zone) option on your modem / router, set it up for the ip address of your ps3, which you've setup manually...

example:

router ip: 192.168.2.1
ps3 ip: 192.168.2.10
ip address pool: 192.168.2.100 - 192.168.2.250 (this shpould be manually setup not to interfere with the fixed ip address of the ps3)
dmz host: 192.168.2.10 (ip address of the ps3, which enables "opens" all of the ports for this ip address)

apart from that if you use any proxy servers to connect to the net, you have to specify these in ps3 settings as well...

there are a lot of threads on various forums on how to tweak your network connection to optimize for ps3...

i hope this solves your problem...
