When you click print a dialog box appears after that click on Properties. There you should have the option to print from back to front with a picture showing that. if you need more specific instructions kindly provide the model number of your printer.

First thing you after you go to file print or however you print it should open a window, click properties button then click on the Layout tab. In the page order box click back to front instead of front to back. That is all you need to do if you need further assistance let me know. Please take a moment to accept and rate my solution accordingly.
Thanks,
Lee

If you want it to always be set this way go to Start> Settings> Control Panel> Printers and Faxes
    - Then right click on the printer that you are using and select properties.
    - Then click on the printing preferences button at the bottom of that window.
    - click on the layout tab
    - in the box of page order select back to front instead of front to back
That will keep those settings always then instead of changing it every print job.
Enjoy and please take a moment to accept and rate my solution as I strive to provide fast, accurate and economical solutions.
    Thanks again,

How can I reverse the order of printing pages?..I have a Cannon and MAC

When you click print, and IF a Print Window opens, then it should allow you to click a button on that window to change the Print Properties. There should be a choice for "reverse order" and you just need to unclick that choice.

Reverse printing

Open your printers/faxes folder, right click the printer you want to change, select properties. In that window, click on printing preferences. Click on the next to last icon (should be an A with a red arrow going to an upside down A). On that screen is an option to reverse print. Click on it.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate as fixya.

I need to change printing pages from last to first page first

the last printed page is always on top. For a long document, it takes a while to resort and place the first page first! This is how you can get Microsoft Word to reverse the print order and save all the trouble.
I have spent so much time resorting documents after printing. On my printer, the last page printed is always on top. By printing the last page first (reverse order), the document is already correctly sorted.
Here is how to do it:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open the document to be printed
3. Click the Tools menu
4. Select Options
5. Click the Print tab
6. Check the Reverse Print Order option
7. Select OK
Now, all your documents will prevent in reverse order. What a lifesaver!!!

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Page order

Hi babzg

When you hit print and the print window pops up there should be an option for print last page first. make sure that is checked off.

This may also be in the printer properties for your machine.

Hope this helps!

Printing

Dear jamin4volks;

As per this excerpt from the Oki B4350 User manual:

"FACE UP AND FACE DOWN PRINTING
For face down printing, make sure the rear paper exit tray is closed (the paper exits from the top of the printer). The paper exit bin on the top of the printer stacks printed pages face down, capacity 150 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Pages printed in reading order (page 1 first) will be sorted in reading order (last page on top, facing down).

For face up printing, make sure the face up rear paper exit tray is open and the paper guide is extended if required. In this condition, paper will exit via this path, regardless of driver settings. Paper is stacked in reverse order, capacity 50 sheets of 20 lb. paper.

Always use this tray and the manual feed tray for heavyweight stocks to reduce the possibility of paper jams."

This manual is available at http://my.okidata.com/mandown.nsf/(MOC-B4350)/BE70FCAF93D577E285256E89005052F9?OpenDocument

Hope this helps;

Frank
