I would go the the printer manufacturers website to get drivers for your particular printer ( for example, if it is an Epson.. try epson.com) Make sure you get the drivers for your specific model and for your operating system ( Vista, Windows XP etc..).. Most, if not all manufacturers have a support tab on their website and offer driver downloads.. Check it out and good luck..
