POP OFF A KNOB AND LOOK TO SEE IF THERE IS A TINY SCREW IN THE CENTER OF THE KNOB SHAFT . THAT WOULD BE YOUR ADJUSTMENT FOR GAS FLOW. IF IT'S NOT THERE, THE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR REGULATOR, AND IT'S ADJUSTABLE AS WELL.

Good answer... but remember (if you have the regular burners on... The Rotisserie will not light.) 1. Cut all knobs off... Then push and hold in Rotisserie button as you turn to high.
2. Press ignition button, until you hear rotisserie ignite. 3. Keep holding in the rotisserie button until the thermostat realizes the gas is on and burning. (IT must get hot enough to keep gas flowing.) Hope that helps, Dave

Do you have enough gas pressure coming out of the regulator and gas valve? You'll need a pressure guage for this.
If yes, try taking out the burners and cleaning them with a wire brush, especially the flame spreading sections.

I don't think you "seated" the burners correctly where they go into the knobs. Get up under the knobs, look up and you'll see what I mean.
