Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Following a brief power outage, the printer will not print. the hour glass is constaintly on and the machine is making a zip zip zip noise at about 1 cycle per second. there are not paper jams. on opening the front cover, i find the printer cartiages are partially down and in such a position that they can not travel along the slide bar to the left.
usually after moving the cartigages along this bar, turing everything off and wating all nite, all works fine again next morning once all is powered up..
one propose solution was to greeze the slide bar.........this doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I have the same problem. How do I slide the bar to the left? Do I need the special bit to unscrew the top?
