The eyecups are available for free for UK residents from Leica Camera UK Ltd. just e-mail email@example.com with the model, serial number, if you require black or green and the address that you need them sent to and they should be with you in a week.
The earliest models below are no longer available but all the rest are.
8x20 C - 40300 (1975-1982) .
10x22 C - 40301 (1975-1982).
There are no recorded serial numbers for Zeiss binoculars made in West Germany or those made by Zeiss after the fall of the berlin wall. The newer numbers have been a mystery to collectors and so far no one has attempted to publish a list. I have newer models with lower serial numbers than older models in my collection.
I'm supposing by eyepiece you mean the rubber or plastic eyecup. The eyepiece is the whole unit that contains the lens. Nikon has a service center in many countries. If you have one in your country then they can order the part. I have ordered from Nikon. They find the part number if you tell them your model and can email you an order form. Alternately Binoculars.com is very good to deal with as is Adorama Camera in New York. Both will sell internationally.
Bausch & Lomb was purchased by Bushnell in the 70's. Your elites are Japanese made and considered quite a good binocular. Bushnell continued to make the same binoculars bearing the Elite name but replaced B&L with Bushnell. The current elites are different shaped. You could contact Bushnell or you could go to a store in your area that may stock the older Bushnell Elites and try and see if the eyecups fit.
