The e2 error is a generic error that the machine shows if it's been overloaded or if the load becomes unbalanced during a wash cycle.
to fix you must do a master reset of the washing machine.
1. Close the door and make sure the dial is pointing to the "OFF" function
2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the "express 15 min" program at the same time.
3. Hold the Start/Pause button for a minute (the e2 message is meant to start flashing after a minute of holding the button down however with my washing machine this didn't happen)
4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the "Off" function.
5. Select any program and the message should not be appearing.

This worked for me
You have set the delay start. Press the button that says "finish in" or "delay start" (depending on the model) unit it is zero. Either that or you have entered the hardness setting and this should come off by just turning to the off position. Some of these d/ws aalso have a reset which is acheived by pressing two buttons simultaneously and this should be printed on the panel (dot under each button joined by a line) or hold the start button. (You haven't supplied the ENr so I have tried to give all possible scenarios) Post ENr if none of the above works.
Hello Brien,
First let me start by apologizing for the difficulty you've had here at FixYa. It is unfortunate the assistance (or lack of) was not helpful or specific to your inquiry, but I'd like to attempt to make amends. I am quite familiar with your model and in fact have serviced Bosch for around 15yrs. When you receive the timer (It is very rare to need one in a Bosch, more likely stat on the inside door panel) I'd be more than willing to guide you through the process and I will even send you a complimentary service manual if you provide an email address. I will understand if you have closed the door on any further input from "experts" here at FixYa but will do what I can to help if you're open. Sorry once again and good luck going forward.
Regards,
Macmarkus :)
It is the child lock. Turn machine on & then press & hold the start button for 5 second. Code will flash then disappear & machine will be back to normal.

It depends on what Panasonic system the 7130 is plugged into. If it's a TA series, you can go to the phone plugged into jack 01 (usually 101) and put the switch on the back into PROGRAM, then dial 0 and the display will read YYMMDDwHHMMa where w is day of the week beginning with Sunday (1) and a is AM/PM beginning with 0.
Key in the new data and press STORE, then put the switch back into SET.
If it's plugged into a KX-T system (61610, 30810, 123211) there's a switch on the cabinet (side for 1232 face for the others) It goes into PROGRAM mode and you dial 00 and press SP-PH and the display will show the date. Your FWD and CONF button step the cursor and the STORE button saves. Then, you set the switch back to SET. Note that the switch goes to the MIDDLE position on a 123211, not completely down :-)
If it's a TD system, you probably don't have a 7130 as the main phone.
If it's a TAW system, PROGRAM works, but you dial 000.
If none if this works, comment back with the model number of your Panasonic system cabinet.
no that hasn't done anything at all
