Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Ok I have called support and even taken my SansaE250 to the store where I bought it. Their's did not recognize the device either. I was advised to trade it in, but have lost the receipt so thats not possible. The device shows connected and I can disconnect it under the safely remove hardware window, but it does not show up anwhere on my computer as far as Windows Media Player. It shows up under devices, but when I went to update them it didn't locate it. I have done firmware updates before as well as downloaded music to it before. It also does not work in the MTP mode. I thought I could possibly use an SD card to put music on the device but I had the refresh database problem. When I called cust service they told me to delete all the music so i did that(it wasn't refreshing) and so I have no music and am unable to add music.Am I out of luck?
