Did you check the system requirements? Often games designed to "work" on windows/windows95/windows98 .. don't work well if at all on windows2000/xp/vista.

My new PCCD-ROM F.R.O.G. game will not install on my new Dell desktop computer. Can you help me?

Is the game listed as "for Windows XP" or "for Windows Vista" or "for Windows 7" ?

Is your new Dell desktop running Windows 7?

Are you using the "Program Compatibility Wizard" to install an XP/Vista application
into your Windows 7 system?

I bought a new PC game "Mystery 5 Collection" and

The problem is most likely that you do not have a DVD reader installed in your PC. If you look on the front of you cd-rom it will say DVD if it can read DVD's. Most stores will not give you a refund for software that has already been opened. It is fairly easy and inexpensive to install a DVD reader in your PC, probably in the range of $30.00 to $60.00 depending on the brand you purchase. I would go ahead and purchase and install the DVD reader since more and more games and other software is now being put on DVD's.

Yes my uncle jus got a the internet for his computer and we did the setup and every thing got the internet then we got him some virus protection great then we installed steam i hope you know what this is...

Depending on the chipset and the manufacturer....you MAYBE able to fix this problem by pressing the computer about 10 times. This method brings back the old configuration to your computer. If this doesn't work go into the cmos menu at the start of starting your computer, then find the option to reset all configuration. If this works...the next time you run that game, try lowering the resolution from your windows settings. Your computer may not have a powerful graphics chip that is able to handle a new game.
*All computer problems can have multiple solutions and have to be treated as a trial and error fix. Trying to fix a computer without being hands on is really tough. Hope this helps!

I am looking to set up an old computer with new memory and hard drive. I have windows vista from my laptop computer can I install this into my newly updated computer and how.

Generally, the licensed software for your laptop is tied to that machine/brand. If you bought a copy of vista and installed it on the laptop, you may be able to install vista on three machines if that is the version you bought.
Most Microsoft programs are locked to one machine and won't activate on another system.
Now, if this is an old, slow (less than 1 Ghz) with less than 2 gigs, it probably will run Vista very slowly if you get it installed. I'd use the OS that was on the old machine instead of trying to install Vista.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT TOSHIBA SATELITE A-300 1J1 .BUT WHAT I FOUND I MEAN WHAT I EXPERIENCED IS ITS TOO SLOW AND VISTA IS PISSING ME OFF LIKE HELL POOR PERFORMENCE AND WHAT IS MORE VEXING IS I CANT PLAY GAMES...

You can purchase a copy of XP and install it, but it may void your warranty with the manufacturer. You can also try running programs in Vista using XP compatibility mode (right click on the program and select properties and then select the compatibility tab). There is also a great site for tuning Vista performance www.vistax64.com

I bought a game and I cann't get it to run in my windows vista laptop. I tried the instructions in the game, but noyhing. Please help me.

Well, you need to explain what the game is, what console or PC it's meant to run on (Vista, I hope) and say what goes right and wrong installing or running it. You should probably go check out the tutorials on installing things for Windows Vista (and forums for the game you bought) before asking any questions as though something were broken.
