Question about Heating & Cooling

Open Question

We have an EWT 2kw downflow bathroom heater which cuts out

It has a pull switch which does switch the heater on and off but the heater stops working after a minute or so although the red light stays on. We clean it regularly but to no avail. Can you help please?

230volt is gonna require a double pole breaker, not single phase. Makes sense with 2kw.
If that's the case, then you'll have 2 hot wires & a ground.

Your check-valve has most likely failed at the switch.
The flow check valve works by opening when you turn the water tap. When it opens it closes a switch which turns on your heating elements. When this switch fails you will still have water flow, but no heat. Titan has parts for this but you will need to call their service Dept.
