Question about Canon CanoScan 4400F Flatbed Scanner
Running Mac 10.4.11, trying to install CanoScan 4400F. Installation says successful and restarts. But after opening PhotoStudio and clicking the Acquire icon or anything else I get a message that The aplication PhotoStudio quit unexpectedly. I click "Reopen" then "Try again" etc. The scanner light comes on but I cannot scan anything. Help please.

uninstall all drivers and software that cam with the scanner, and then try installing the software again before connection the scanner... this is a problem when there are two different twain drivers, look for C:\Windows\twain_32\CNQ4803(2) see if there is a driver in there.
