Question about Motorola Mobility W375 Cellular Phone

Battery charger conncection

Sometimes the charger works and sometimes it does'nt. It is very sensitive. I think its the connector on the phone. The battery is brand new. When the charger is plugged into the phone, it only charges if its plugged in a certain way. Do I need a new phone?

I am having 1203 not charging problem

Either battery is too old (replace), connector is damaged (repair), or charger cable or transformer is bad. (Replace) If connector is bad youll be better off buying a new phone. Sometimes cleaning the connector can temporarily fix the problem.

Charger not supported when i try to charge my cel.phone the above message shown. - if if move my slider up - down, phone become sw off. why?

First the charger you are using is not meant for that phone. You may have to try another thin pin charger. The issue of the phone going off can be as a result of a worn out slide flex/cable/fibre hence signal are not passed on to the screen. The phone doesn't go off. The screen only is off. Otherwise the phone is still on. Have the flex replaced by a qualified personnell since it is sensitive to statics.

Just bought my dad a second hand go go 3 wheel elite scooter

Hi Linda. Sometimes if there is a blown fuse or faulty connector on the battery leads, the charger thinks the batteries are charged as the voltage coming out of the charger rises to the high level. Some chargers will cut out if this happens. It is probably not the charger.
Make sure the batteries are plugged in correctly, sometimes during transport they will get knocked and become disconnected.
Also make sure that the battery terminals are not loose where the wires connect to the batteries.
Good luck. Neil.

My samsung phone has been fully charged. I try to turn it on, it says "initializing," then shuts down. When unplugged, it won't turn on at all. When plugged in, it shuts down, then blinks to the charging...

Are you sure it was fully charged before? Could you see the full battery bars?

It sounds like your AC adapter (the charger) has likely gone bad. The phone battery probably wore down, and when you plugged it into the charger, the charger couldn't charge it, so the battery remained dead.

Since the battery is not charged, you can't turn the phone on at all when it's not connected to the charger. And when you do connect it to the charger and turn it on, you get the intermittent charging because something inside the adapter has a faulty connection -- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

You can easily verify if the charger is the problem by getting a new charger (they're not too expensive) and seeing if the phone will work and/or charge with the new charger.

If the new charger doesn't fix the problem, post again here and we'll go from there, but I think the new charger will take care of it.

Hope that helps!

My phone won't charge. Like sometimes it does but only if you push the charger in really hard but that doesn't always work. Also it loses the charge really fast like within a few hours.

Sounds like a bad connector on the charger, pick up a new one and you might need a new battery. If phone is under 1 year warranty your carrier should replace both for you for free.
