Yes it can be replaced. You can usually find either OEM or aftermarket that will fit your spray wand at your local home repair center or if you want OEM you can check with a kitchen and bath dealer or plumbing supply store but it might have to be ordered for specific model if not stocked.

How do I take apart a moen shower head?

You can remove the head from the shower arm by taking a crescent wrench. Put it on the flat sides of the nut on the showerhead and unscrew it counterclockwise. There is no way to take apart the Moen showerhead. If the reason you want to disassemble the showerhead is to clean it because it is clogged, disassembly is not needed. Just fill a Ziploc bag with a 50-50 solution of vinegar and warm water. Place the bag onto your shower head so it is fully immersed in the solution. Use a rubber band to hold it in place. Let it soak overnight and then take a toothbrush to any of the white scaly matter that might remain.

No water flow from new american standard marquette showerhead

I think fitting of your shower is not proper. You have to fit it properly if you can or you can call a nearest Plumber to solve your problem.

I recently installed an Oxygenics PowerSelect hand held showerhead and the water does not come out of the showerhead. The water comes out of the top of the hose instead. I don't know what to do now.

The hose connects to the shower head by a screw on ring. This has a rubber seal inside. unscrew the ring and check that the seal has a ring indentation mark on it where it has been compressed (to form a seal) and the ring mark goes all round, showing a full seal. Make the rubber seal thicker by making a cardboard ring the same size as the seal rubber ring from a cereal box or simila,r and put this on top of the rubber one and reconnect the screw on connection. The extra thick seal may stop the screw on joint leaking.

Clubmaster shower not holding temperature. Hot water not coming through.

There's only there things that are clubmaster, a shower head, and two hand held sprayers.

They all spray water, they don't heat water.

Did someone install a new part, the one that's behind the wall ?

If they did, most have a safety so people don't get burnt and they need to be adjusted.

Water does not come from the shower head

Hi,
If your showre head has an external adjustment (usually on the face of the head) make sure that it is opened. Shower saver type valves have a push button on the pipe from the wall to the showerhead, usually close to or are a part of the showerhead. Make sure that it is opened, if you have one. Once done, remove the shower head and turn the water on. If you get water, look into the shower head. Most come with a water restrictor and it can come out of position and block the passage of water. The restrictors can vary in appearance, but usually they consist of a rubber washer and plastic disc, and are in the back of the showerhead where it unscrews from the piping from the wall. If you can get water without the shower head on, but no water through the showerhead, you can take it apart and look for restrictions or just replace it. If you cannot get water after all that, the problem is in your faucet or piping. Most Delta single handled faucets that I'm familiar with have a spring and cup washer valving arrangement. Those equipped with scald gard are somewhat more difficult to work on. Parts are available from H/Depot, Lowe's and similar. Hopefully the problem is in the showerhead proper, and not in the valve.
Best 'o luck, --W/D--

Hours after I take a shower, the showerhead will start dribbing

No, the showerhead is probably OK. My guess is that the head is relatively level, and the design of the nozzle allows water to pool inside. When you take a hot shower and turn the shower off, it begins to cool. As the shower head cools, a slight vacuum is formed, pulling air up into the showerhead. As you reach equilibrium, water is allowed to discharge as a dribble. This continues until the water has all been displaced. The fix for this is to turn the showerhead to the side, allowing the water to drain more quickly, and allow the air in. Try it.
Best regards, --W/D--

Water pressure drops after a few seconds to almost nothing...

In the hand held shower head where the hose attaches to shower head. In the head there could be a flow restrictor. It may be rubber or plastic. In some cases you can remove it, or check if something is blocking it. Also try running the shower without the head on to see if there is some debris in the hose, and to check your water flow.
