It said that my mozilla firefox has crashed, how will i be able to fix it as soon as possible
A browser "crash" is not a permanent problem. It simply means the browser has encountered a problem during that browsing session, and cannot continue running. The browser will then usually close. (If not, you should terminate the browser program - Use the Windows Task Manager, or restart the computer if necessary.) When you restart the browser, it should then function normally again.
There are many factors that can lead to a browser crash. Those can include glitches in the browser's code, or problems with the operating system, or problems with a particular site that has been visited. Most current browsers (Firefox, IE, Chrome) are quite stable, but nearly every browser will experience a crash from time to time. It's a small annoyance, but not a cause for serious concern.
To minimize the likelihood of a browser crash (and other system malfunction), you should make sure that:
(1) your browser is up-to-date, and
(2) your operating system has all patches and updates installed.
The current version of Firefox is 3.6.15. It's also good idea to run a full anti-virus scan of your computer periodically, and to do other forms of regular maintenance (disk defragmentation, eliminate temporary & junk files, scan for registry errors).
