Purchase another keyboard on Ebay and replace it. What you can do FIRST, is hook up a USB keyboard to make sure you can type. If that works, you shorted out the keyboard and it's an easy replacement.

When you get the new keyboard in, look it over for how the screws go into it to get an idea of how it would disassemble out of your notebook. No point in trying to figure it out and break something in the process.

My Acer Aspire 5315-2326 laptop. Apple juice spilled on it I turned it off immediately and wiped it off and of course it won't turn back on. What else could I do? Or is it just gone?

The fact that any liquid spilled on a computer is almost a death sentence; is not always true. In some cases fluids only damage the Key Board. The keyboards are $25 on eBay. Replacement is easy.

It's most likely done , shut down, remove battery, remove keyboard , try to clean. Replace if necessary. Rarely does liquid of any type do electronics any good.

Spilled pop on laptop now completely dead

YEP! Walk away from the laptop. You killed it! And it will be costly to fix!
Estimate that at least a keyboard, and probably a motherboard will have to be replaced. That is almost the whole computer. Better bet- buy a new Toshiba Toughbook - that is practically impervious to the spilled drink. But expensive!

Keypad spill on Acer Aspire 3613 Laptop

More than likely the pop has gotten inside your unit. you would have to open the unit, disconnect your keyboard, clean the leads and connectors to the keyboard. If the unit was on when this happened the mb may have shorted in which you would need a new kb.

Sticky keyboard

You can carefully take off the keys and pop them back on. Use alcohol to wipe up any stickiness.

Pop the enter key off (be gentle), then take a Q-tip with alcohol (rubbing not drinking) and clean the connector and the rubber riser. If the problem persists, the you will have to replace the keyboard.

Acer Aspire 5610 - one key does not work

Laptop keyboard are semi-sealed circuit boards. This means that liquid can get into the contacts and can not be cleaned. Depending on how much liquid was spilled on the keyboard chances are that the liquid has seeped around the edges of the keyboard and down onto the mainboard of the laptop. My first suggestion would be to keep the laptop turned off until you can remove the keyboard and check for liquid damage to the mainboard. If there is no damage to the mainboard I would suggest buying a new keyboard before turning the computer back on as any shorts caused by the liquid damage on the keyboard can cause damage to the keyboard controller circuit on the mainboard.
