Question about Motorola Mobility H350 Wireless Headset

1 Answer

I have a Motorola H350 headset I like very much. I had it linked to my Motorola V9 phone. My V9 crashed but was replaced by ATT Now, I am unable to pair the H350 with the NEW V9. I close the case, hold the button for 5 seconds or more, but when the blue light comes on, as if it were going to ready to pair, it goes off right away again. I have tried with case open, case closed, and for more than an hour... Is my H350 broken?

While I plan to subscribe to FixYa in the future, to get the help I need from time to time, yesterday I solved my headset issue by visiting an ATT store here in Clovis. The book says to hold the button for five seconds when it is in the closed position. When the light comes on, it is ready to pair. It was not working. The tech at ATT tried holding the button down and when the light came on briefly, suddenly opening the headset. The light remained on. This is probably worth trying when the device is not working exactly according to "the book".

Hi,

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You

Maybe it's because you're in an area with no service. Keep going to places until you find one.
