Disconnect your negative battery so it resets everything. But before you do that, does your radio have a security code? This won't let the radio play after disconnecting the battery. Its an antitheft deterrent. So I stress before doing that. make sure you have the security code

You may have to remove the radio and disassemble it remove the jammed CD. Unfortunately, there is no easier solution for the problem.

Kenwood 10 Disc Cartridge won't eject

From your description it is likely that a CD is jammed in the player, preventing the magazine from being removed. Even though your Kenwood is hard to get to, it will have to be removed and disassembled to correct the problem

CD stuck in CD Player - 1998 Mazda Protege

It might be a Bose system. I usually remove stuck CD's by grasping the edge with a pair of tweezers and pulling slowly, there will be some resistance. Try to reset first by removing the fuse for about 30 seconds and after it powers up again (don't turn it on yet) push the eject button.

6 disk cd changer in 2002 Ford Explorer V8 AWD

This is going to sound stupid, but mine (2002 EB Explorer V8) had the same problem, and I expected it was some kind of mechanical problem (could hear motors TRYING to push CDs out). So, figuring that the next step was to get an aftermarket stereo anyway, I punched the front of it with my fist over and over while pushing eject between each punch, and to my surprise, after about 30 seconds, the whole thing was fine. It's been fine for the 2 months since then, too.. I wouldn't recommend this unless you're ready to give up and your next step is to trash the radio!!

6 disk cd changer in 2002 Ford Explorer V8 AWD

I have a 2002 Ford explorer and a 6 disc cd changer, all slots are full, no CD's will eject or play. I just took my car to a local body shop, they went under the hood, disconnected my battery, plugged it back up and my CD's came out when I pushed the eject button
