The information provided by your service is information I already had. I am going to take the t.v. to a repair service. I did not use your information because I was looking for the service manual so I could get a part number and visually check what I was needing.
Since you could only provide me with a web site that I had to pay more for (that I found on my own before contacting your site), the information was useless. Not to sound ugly, but I was looking for a free copy of the service manual...
