Finding my package!!!!!!!!

We don't talk to anyone over the phone Elizabeth.

We are a peer to peer help group. We are not suppliers and have no relevance to the coffee maker that you purchased. If you bought it online, look at the confirmation email. If you bought it is a shop take it back, or phone the shop.

Sounds like you didn't get it yet? This type of junk comes from China, so you need allow a month for delivery by surface post. Also China Post loses 10 - 20% of stuff that is shipped via it if not tracked and 2% if it is.

Any further questions reply as a COMMENT below my name.

Clean a keurig coffe maker

1

Cleaning & descaling your Keurig brewer is an important step to enjoying the best tasting coffee and keeping your brewer in good shape for years.
4 Comments 2

How often you need to do it depends heavily on how often you use your brewer and how "hard" your local water is ("hard" meaning how many minerals are in it). I try to do this 3-4 times a year.
Comment Recommended For You 3 640x960.jpg

Open the top of your brewer and remove the K-cup holder. CAUTION: There's are two sharp needles in there. Be careful.
Comment 4 640x960.jpg

The cup holder is dishwasher safe. You can toss it in the dishwasher if you want. Otherwise a good rinse under warm running water is usually good. There's a sharp needle in here, so be careful.
Comment 5 640x960.jpg

Turn the cup holder over and ensure these holes at the bottom are free of any obstruction.
Comment 6 640x960.jpg

The drip-tray is removable. Give it a good clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.
Comment 7 640x960.jpg

The upper portion of the K-cup holder also has a needle. This needle has three holes in it. Insert a straightened paper clip into each hole to remove any buildup or obstructions.
1 Comment 8 640x960.jpg

Here's a close up: There's nothing you can break in here, so use some force and get that paperclip a good inch in and wiggle it around vigorously. Repeat this for the two other holes in the needle.
1 Comment 9 640x960.jpg

Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away any coffee grinds or water stains in and around the cup holder area, and down the front of the brewer.
Comment 10 640x960.jpg

Be careful of that needle inside when wiping it down.
Comment 11 640x960.jpg

Put the K-cup holder back in the chamber. Make sure it's the right way around by aligning the arrows at the top of the holder.
Comment 12 640x960.jpg

Empty the water in the brewer's external reservoir.
2 Comments 13 640x960.jpg

Refill the reservoir with undulated white vinegar and replace on your brewer.
1 Comment 14 640x960.jpg

Run four large cup brew cycles. DO NOT use a K-cup, just run it empty . Dispose of the hot vinegar after each. This pushes the vinegar through the inside heating tank as well as all the valves inside.
2 Comments 15 640x960.jpg

Leave your brewer to stand, powered on for four hours. This allows the vinegar time to break down any build up in the tubes and valves inside the brewer.
1 Comment 16 640x960.jpg

Discard any leftover vinegar then refill the reservoir with water only.
Comment 17 640x960.jpg

Run large cup cycles until "Add Water" is displayed on your brewer's screen. This washes out all traces of vinegar from the insides of the system.
Comment 18

If you notice a vinegar-like smell or taste to the water coming out of your brewer, refill the reservoir with water a second time and run hot water cycles until empty.

Congratulations!! Your Keurig brewer is now clean and your ready to enjoy full cups of delicious coffee for months to come!

My starbucks saeco barista itilia digital used to display "select shot size" now it reads "select product" and only brews reg coffe not espresso. is there a cpu reset procedure?

Your component has digital technology which has a tendency to 'lock up'.A reset solution for your problem is to simply unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in.That should fix your problem. If it is easier to pull the circuit breaker, that is fine also.Simply turning it off will not work as it needs the power supply completely removed.Digital components are defined mainly as things which are programmable such as ovens and refrigerators with LCD or LED displays, thermostats,DVR's,answer machines,TV's and much more. Some things which are not exactly programmable but can be reset the same way are video game consoles, modems, battery operated devices, telephones. If it is battery powered, simply disconnect it from the battery or remove the batteries for 5 minutes then retry it.If you have any questions or need more help, just comment here and I will get an autolink to your post and reply ASAP.I really encourage responses so I can follow up properly as I know where you stand and asking someone else restarts all the explaining because we cannot see other 'Expert's' responses.Good luck,Greg

Coffee over flowing. It is not emptying into carafe.Just a little coffee goes into the thermal carafe through the lid. Majority goes onto the counter top.

That unit has to be replaced, or you need a new part for it. There is nothing you can do on your own to fix that problem. Call the manufacturer right away, because they may consider that a quality issue since you could be burned by the overflowing water/coffee.

I hope I've provided you useful assistance and that this information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. Please be sure to vote on my response. I hope I've earned a good rating from you today.

Haven't got an instruction booklet, can you describe the different lights on the braun tassimo coffee maker please

Rather than repeat what the manual says, I think you'll be better served by seeing the instruction manual for yourself as simply knowing what the lights mean won't be enough. See web address below:-

Hope this helps, if so please return the favour by rating my answer and if it hasn't helped you enough then please post a comment and I'll try to help you further.
