Your CPU chip may be overheating and/or your screen backlight may cut out as well. This is common of the VAIO PCG-F series Laptops.

Disconnect the power from your laptop and remove the battery.

To repair this issue, you must feel comfortable to solder SMD components and have such solder equipment as well as watch makers screw driver tool set. You will also need some copper shimming material, about 1-2mm thick and thermal grease/paste.
Eye piece Magnifier is useful as well.

Over time, the thermal contact material SONY used shrinks. It shrinks between the CPU chip and the Heat sink, effectively impeding the cooling efficiency of the fan/heat sink.

Clear indication for that is the Fan runs at full speed all the time.

Carefully open your laptop, (be sure you are ESD safe) and carefully remove the keyboard to get access to the CPU/heatsink.

Remove the heatsink and notice the white sponge material between the CPU and Heatsink is likely no longer making physical contact.

Fabricate copper shim to desired size and install the copper shims instead of the sponge, make use of the thermal grease on both sides.

Reinstall the heatsink.

To fix the LCD backlitght, carefully remove the 4 rubber thingys in the corners of the screen, and open the screen.

On the lower side there is a slim Board wrapped in some plastics.

Carefully remove this board, remove the plastic wrap and look at the soldering spots on the Ferrite Transformer. They may be cracked and need resoldering. Resolder as needed and reinstall the board.

If you do not feel comfortable to do this, then find someone who is.
Perferly a technician with experience in such fields.

Good luck

Laptop keeps shutting down

There are a few reasons, bad power supply adapter, cooling fan is not working or there is dirt blocking the ports causing it to shut down, battery issues, "remove to verify" the DC jack in the laptop has become intermittent and must be dismantled down to the motherboard level and flipped over for solder touch up.

Laptop shuts itself down after 20 minutes.

Check the cooling fan. Not just the fan itself but all the airways and metal fins that it blows air over. This often requires removal of the fan itself. PC and laptop fans act like little vacuum cleaners!

MY laptop some times shut down itself ecspeciali when i'm on the net When i swich it on again i'v got a message the windows was not shut down properly because of securyti reason probably some body was...

Usually when it shuts down for no reason it is overheating. Very common. There error happens when windows doesn't do everything the normal way when it shuts down such as save all your settings and so on. When it restarts it finds an error and you get that message. Again very common.

With your hand feel the bottom of the latop. If it feels hot not just slightly warm thats your problem. You need to have the cooling fan and passages cleaned out. You can use compressed air or a vacuum to do this. It takes very little dust on some models to make them overheat. If you have pets or use gas to heat your house or use the laptop near the kitchen you may have to do this about twice a year.

Dehumidifier keeps shutting itself off.

For some reason it is overheating and shutting itself off. There is a law that all electronics are supposed to have a point to where it automatically shuts off if it gets too hot from a malfunction or loose connection in the circuit board. It is to protect the consumer. You either need to take it to a tech or get rid of it. Get a new one.
