Re: I can't send mms.
Well to send MMS First of all you need a connection of GPRS/EDGE/UMTS or by using MM4 or MM7 you can also sent it. To make your image smaller you have to edit the image and change the size. If your phone support you can edit the image there itself or else you need to use your computer application like Photoshop, Microsoft Picture Manager or Paint. If you have any trouble in editing let me know Good Luck!

I believe, every time you insert any media (image, voice) with the message it becomes MMS. That means it is not simple text message anymore. The reason of this being failed is that you don't have MMS settings turned on.
The best way to do is to call your cellular company and ask them so send you MMS settings. Once you installed them you will be able to send MMS to your friends and family members.
Configure using settings wizard MMS for Nokia 1.Press the Menu key on your phone.
2.Scroll to and select Applications.
3.Scroll to and select Sett. wizard to launch the Nokia settings wizard.
4.Scroll to and select Operator.
5.Select Start > Multimedia message and follow the
wizard's on-screen steps to automatically configure the phone with the
required operator service settings.
Configure MMS settings To configure MMS settings, select Menu > Messaging > Options > Settings > Multimedia message Additional MMS settings include:
1.Image size - Define the size of the image in a multimedia message.
2.MMS creation mode - If you select Guided, the device
notifies you when you try to send a message that may not be supported by
the recipient device. If you select Restricted, the device prevents you
from sending messages that may not be supported. To include content in
your messages without notifications, select Free.
3.Access point in use - Select which access point is used as the preferred connection.
4.Allow anonymous messages - Reject messages from anonymous senders.
Download the device user guide for a comprehensive list of MMS settings
Send MMS Multimedia messages can be sent in a number of ways. An example of the steps required to send an image is listed below:
1.Select Menu > Photos.
2.Select the image you want to send.
4.Select Via message.
5.Add the recipient name or contact number.
6.Select Tips If you are unable to send and receive MMS, try these simple steps.
1.Check if the MMS settings (for example, MMS access point)
are correct in your device. These settings are sent by the operator or
service provider. See Operator or service provider settings.
2.Operators usually set a limit for the size of a picture
message. If you need to send a picture that is large in size, you can
resize it before it is sent. See Image size.
3.Contact your operator or service provider to confirm whether:
•Data plan is activated on your SIM card.
•Roaming is activated when you are not in your home network.
IF you want to see your MMS through go to your service provide site.and click the MMS and fill the username and password, and hit enter. you see your MMS in inbox double click to view the MMS.
you can go to your messages, select settings, select mms and configure your mobile phones multimedia profiles. once configure, try sending a photo on your own mobile number (creating an mms and sending it your own phone) once you received the mms, your phone is ready to send and received. you may want to configure the rest of the settings for mms for your own liking.
MMS(multi media settings) are not activated on your SIM card(connection).
MMS is not activated in your cell or installed on your cell phone.
Case 1: First contact your network provider call the call center n ask them to active MMS settings on your number. Case 2: If above step wont solve your problem then what you have to do is to contact your network provider again and ask them to send corresponding MMSsettings for your cell. They might tell you a code(remember that!).They will send you MMSsettings (or configuration message).Store it!. And in case prompted for password enter that code you were told before. After that set that settings to default. And restart your phone.
You can send pictures from your cell now!!! Good Luck!
Are you sending a file such us image or picture via bluetooth? If yes, just make sure that the phone to where you are sending to is visible. If you are sending a picture via MMS, you must contact your Network Service Provider to send the correct MMS configuration and settings.
Regards! If you need further assistance, let me know.
All you need to do is contact your service provider and aks them to message you the details to active the MMS option.Configuring process is different for each and every service provider because each of them give different ip address to activate the MMS.
