Hi! I presume you a referring to Norton 360? if so it covers 3 pc's I have used mine on all 3 and registered it on a fourth when the lap top decided to blow its mind. I have heard if you try to register 360 too many times you will be locked out obviously due to pirate copiers out there, and Too right! we buy genuine so should everyone.
Hope this helps?

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Bought this and it gave me a virus. Had to have Norton delete. Now, I wish to get my money back. Order # LKYJ87EQ for $49.00

if you paid by cash, card or direct debit the put it down to experience. If you paid by paypal then contact them and lodge an application for a refund
The virus protect you have is not working as any programs loaded /downloaded are always pre-checked by the security program as soon as you start/ install or plug in
My security system asks to scan for anything that down load or install (cd's sticks or anything with a program possibility) and the screen lights up red if anything is found that may be detrimental to the computer. Only a mug over rides the advice to cancel the program immediately

What is the best anti-virus

If you ask 10 people, you will get 10 different answers!

I use Trend Internet Security on my computers and have done so for over 10 years.
Norton tends to be a system hog and really can slow your computer down.
McAfee annoys me as they will renew your coverage automatically without telling you.
There are several decent programs that are free, but I usually tell my clients that they are worth every penny you paid. Support tends to be lacking with some.

Installed norton 360 v4 as an upgrade and paid won't staart

Download (as in Save, not Run) the Norton Unistaller
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039
Then go here http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/kb/kbload.jsp?docurl=step_2007102605434976&selected_nav=1&pvid=
and follow the instructions with some additional steps:
Step 2.1 once you have the Uninstaller, the new installer and the key on your pc disconnect it from the internet.
Step 2.2 run the Uninstaller and accept everything it does.
Step 2.3 do yet another reboot and run a sistem cleaner like CCleaner and the Disk Defragmenter
Now do the Step 3 run the installer.

Can't access Norton Security paid for Dec. 26, 2009

Norton internet security has 365 days Validity from the date of first activation. as long as you have the product key you will be able to install the Norton program on your machine. if you have any other security software in the computer you will have to uninstall them first else the computer will get slowed.

1. download the software from the following link www.norton.com/NIS10 and save the file on your desktop
2. Download the Norton removal tool and run it so that you can remove all Norton program which are installed earlier on your computer use the link:- www.norton.com/nrt
once the computer is restarted you can open the file which is saved on your desktop and follow the screen.
Hope this helps

I just purchased Norton 360 2.0 CD to install in my computer. Three hours later - not installed. I have AVG 8.0 that continues to pop up when I initiate the Norton installation, installation tben stops...

Yes you need to uninstall any and all antivirus programs installed on your computer. After uninstalling, make sure to reboot your computer. Do that for each antivirus or internet security software you have installed. Once done, it Norton 360 should install. If you have troubles uninstalling AVG, check their support area on their website. I'm not sure if you have a paid version or the free version but here are the sites for both.

Paid - http://www.grisoft.com/ww.support

Hope this helps! : )
