Question about Onkyo TX-SR875 Receiver
the AV receiver display panel has gone. I reset the AV receiver to its factory defaults pressing VCR and standby, and now I cannot see the on-screen menu to set up the HDMI inputs. Help, what do I need to do?!
Onkyo UK referred me to their UK repairer called GenServe and they were vary helpful, said it was a common fault! I just happened to live near GenServe and I took it to them and they fixed it in a couple of hours and as it was still under the 2 year warranty, it was fixed for free. Not sure where you are in the world, but check out their website www.genserve.co.uk
