Question about Washing Machines
Not sure what else to say except my washer goes through the wash cycle but now it won't drain. I'm not hearing any noise at all when it should be draining.
Sounds like the pump is not working.
Select drain only on your prgramme and you should here the pump motor running.
If not, see if you can establish if it has a supply going to it. (if you feel competent)
If it is running, then you possibly have a blockage.Check your filter if it has one.
Please leave feedback.

Hello Dorothy - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, there may be a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Otherwise since it is such a complex unit I would recommend contacting a professional to have either the pump or timer diagnose.
