Question about Dyson DC07 Animal Bagless Upright Cyclonic Vacuum
I tried switching the carpet/floor knob back and forth several times and still no change. I had this problem a few weeks back and the brush was stuck. It is turning free and feels like the roller barrings are good. Belt is good and shows no sign of ware. Best guess is the clutch assembly. There is no smell coming form the vacuum and the suction is fine in both up and handle back positions.
I do not have a service manual and need to know how to get the clutch out so I can replace it.
Call 866-693-9766...dyson has a five years warranty on their vacuums, you will void your warranty if you do any work
