Does open heart surgery in infants cause long term neurological disorders

Funnily enough, it CAN. but each patient is different. Often an infant needing heart surgery may also have defects within the brain too. The vascular systems of both are made of the same tissue fibres. Without further details and, indeed, the full case notes, it is impossible to say yes or no to your question. And it's listed in the cars and trucks section...

Find how does the engine do when knock sensor is bad on a 2003 kia reo

The knock sensor is generally very reliable and the ones I have tested have been capacitive and I tested them with an old LCR bridge.

The knock sensor is essentially a microphone that will detect knocking or detonation caused by bad fuel or overheating or too much ignition advance and the ECU will retard the timing to protect the engine.

A few early electronic management systems were programmed to periodically advance the timing until detonation was heard by the knock sensor when it would retard until the knocking stopped thus maintaining the maximum pressure on the pistons for the fuel input.

The mechanical safety of the engine is placed at risk if it is run with a bad sensor, though a bad sensor should cause the engine brain to use its pre-programmed values to compensate.

How to replace a head gasket

That's like asking a surgeon - How can i do a brain surgery? .  It involves practically dismantling the motor and assembling it back perfectly - no mistakes are acceptable or the engine will catastrophically fail.
Take your car to a shop, you don't have neither the necessary tools and the experience for a such complicated job.

Machine won't turn on

You first can try unplugging the machine for 24 hours and then plugging it back in. If that doesn't work some work is needed. The objective is to reset the IC board (the brains of the machine). UNPLUG THE MACHINE!
Remove the screws holding the control panel in place. Move out of your way leaving it attached. Underneath is an black enclosure which is also secured by screws. Remove these screws and remove the lid. Control board lies within this enclosure. Then remove the leads coming from the power supply to the board (flat white connectors which attach using a tab/slot connection). Reattach. Plug machine in and see if your brain surgery was successful. If so, unplug and sew the patient up.
