Question about Bose 3 2 1 GSX System
How can i transfer or upload all the music files in my bose 3-2-1 gsx onto my laptop or ipod?
I connected my surround sound to the audio output on my samsung tv and it works fine. Of course I don't have an hdmi input on my surround sound system because its an older model, but it works great. Just got to put the surround sound to audio instead of dvd or tuner setting

Hello there, as you stated earlier Bose products are proprietary in nature and although quite a number of people have tried to get this done but none has been successful from all my searches. Bose in their proprietary nature have ensured that the unit comes with a different memory system as opposed to the Sata Disc which is evident in most units and therefore the likelihood of getting a memory system which would fit into the system is zero. They have also ensured that the firmware which is needed to make the system work is not available for download let alone installation on a new memory system. Also please do not open your unit unless it is out of warranty. Sorry for any inconveniences. Hope this support has been helpful?
